- Sand bookings will be available from 12 Noon to 6 PM, Except Sundays and Public Holidays.
- Booking Quantities available- 18MT for 10 Tyre Vehicle & 24MT for 12Tyre Vehicle.
- Door Delivery of sand is available across all Districts in Andhra Pradesh.
- More than 20Km of distance is necessary from the delivery location to Open Reach /Depot for a successful booking.
- General Consumers are limited to order sand once (1) in a day, thrice (3) in a week and 10 times in a month.
- Bulk Consumers are limited to order sand once in a day, thrice (3 times) in a week and 10 times in a month but with a capacity of 3 trips per order.
- Price Per Metric Tonne (MT) may vary from one sand Depot to another.
- Consumers may check sand quality at required Open Reach/ Depot before confirming the order.
- Nearest sand sale locations i.e., Open reaches/depot will be displayed to the consumer at the time of booking.
- Transportation charges will be calculated according to the Google Road map and Geographical Latitude & Longitudes captured by the consumer at the time of booking.
- Consumer will be notified about delivery well in advance and need to be available at location during expected time of delivery.
- If the consumer fails to collect the delivery of sand and vehicle happens to return to the origin then consumer may face the penalty as equivalent to the cost transportation.
- If the consumer is not available during the sand delivery time at the destination, he/she will be charged as Rs. 2000/- penalty for every one hour delayed from the time of vehicle reaching the destination
