01 Registration

General or Bulk consumer needs to register by providing the required basic details. For General Consumer (Mobile number) and Bulk Consumer (Mobile Number, E-Mail, PAN & GST) are mandatory.

02 Booking process & Capturing the Geo-Location

Registered consumer for General or Bulk booking need to login with credentials for online booking. Search the delivery address through Google map and should fill the mandatory details like district, Mandal, Ward for Door Delivery. Vehicle Type, Quantity, Reach/ Depot selection and delivery location to be mentioned and confirmed before proceeding to secured payment Gateway.

03 Payment

Based on the delivery location confirmation, Consumer can complete the payment process of Sand and Transportation Cost through the portal by selecting payment methods (Debit/ Credit Cards/ Net Banking/ UPI etc.) Once payment is processed, order receipt will be generated.

04 Sand Loading Point

Our In-charge at Reach/ Depot will verify the loaded sand quantity for the vehicle and enable GPS navigation will be enabled to the consumer for further tracking. Consumer will receive Kata-Slip, Invoice, and Sand way Bill at time of Sand Delivery.

05 Order Tracking

Consumers will be notified about dispatch and delivery status for orders booked. Consumer can track the order through our web portal/ Mobile app or a call to customer care (0091-9700009944).

06 Door Delivery

Dispatch will be processed by us to the delivery location specified by the consumer only. Consumer need to confirm the receipt of delivery of sand through automated IVRS call received by the consumer after delivery. NO EXTRA charge will be collected from the Consumer after successful Delivery.
